Whether you are new to yoga, need a refresher or are a regular practitioner each class has a step-by-step approach to enabling each student to learn the postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. By attending a class regularly, you being to grow into the practice at your own pace. Yoga can help you manage daily stress better, achieve positive mental and physical health.
